Eggs are generously provided by our feathered sweeties, who are raised on pasture with supplement of fermented non-GMO, soy-free grain porridge, lots of fresh garden veggies, kelp, and salt to ensure they are getting all of their important micronutrients. They have daily access to forage their own fresh bugs and greens in rotating paddocks of pasture, woodland, and orchard. In winter, they have access to the outdoors but prefer their deeply bedded coop, where they contribute to composting efforts used to replenish fertility in the garden’s soil. You’ll be hard-pressed to find birds more loved.
